As mental health professionals, we have a deep understanding of the unique nature of individuals and their symptoms. Each person is unique, and every problem is distinct. Psychiatric treatments can be in various forms, and they all are “evidence-based”, meaning that they are backed by very stringent research that often takes years before being advised for the general public.
